Freight charges are for inside the continental 48 United States. We do ship internationally where possible. Please call or email us for shipping charges outside the United States. Freight costs will be actual cost plus Insurance, not to exceed stated shipping charge for amount of goods purchased shipped to a business address. Stated shipping charges are based on delivery to a business address. Please let us know in the delivery instructions on the check out page if we are shipping to a home address. There is a $1.75 surcharge by the shipping company that will be added to your shipping charge for home delivery. |

TERMS OF SALE:
Terms of sale are CASH, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK. At this time Cool Parts only accepts cash, money order or cashiers check. Arrangments can be made for wire transfer. An additional check out page is available if you wish to ship merchandise to a different address. Collection and/or legal expenses incurred by Cool Parts to enforce collection of unpaid merchandise and related charges will be the paid by the delinquent customer. |

Every time you purchase a product from Cool Parts, you get top quality and top value, but you also get peace of mind. That's because every Cool Parts product is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, Cool Parts will promptly issue credit to your account upon return of any item where installation has not been attempted.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Cool Parts warrants all parts are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days from date of purchase. Our extent of liability is limited to replacement of the defective part, this warranty does not pay labor for installation. No other warranty is either expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover consequential damages.
DISCLAIMER:
Cool Parts shall not be liable to either the customer nor any other company or individual for (1) injury or damage caused to trucks, trailers, contents, product cargo or persons by reason of the installation, use or mechanical failure of any Cool Parts product or otherwise or (2) special indirect incidental or consequential damages.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
All items special ordered for a customer will be considered non-cancelable.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
Cool Parts will make ever effort to same day ship any orders received before 1:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday.
